A brief introduction to the Classification of UV Resin
UV resin, also known as photosensitive resin, is a kind of oligomer which can undergo physical and chemical changes rapidly in a short time after being irradiated by light.
UV resin is mainly divided into solvent-based UV resin and attribute UV resin.
Solvent UV resin
The commonly used solvent-based UV resins mainly include: UV unsaturated polyester, UV epoxy acrylate, UV polyurethane acrylate, UV polyester acrylate, UV polyether acrylate, UV pure acrylic resin, UV epoxy resin, UV silicone oligomer and so on.
Waterborne UV resin.
Waterborne UV resin is a kind of UV resin which is soluble in water or dispersible with water. The molecule contains a certain number of strong hydrophilic groups, such as carboxyl, hydroxyl, amino, ether and acyl groups.
It also contains unsaturated groups, such as acryloyl, methacryloyl or allyl.
Waterborne UV tree can be divided into three types: emulsion type, water dispersive type and water soluble type, including waterborne polyurethane acrylate, waterborne epoxy acrylate and waterborne polyester acrylate.
